Transcript requests must be made by the student or graduate and be accompanied by a signed Transcript Order form for each address transcripts are to be sent to. Requested transcripts will not be sent if the Transcript Order form is not received by the college. Please print the Transcript Order form and return the completed form(s) to Oak Brook College. The Transcript Order form can be downloaded by clicking here.
Payment may be made through Paypal (a Paypal account is not required), credit card, check, or money order. If paying through Paypal, add this item to your cart and complete the order process.
Completed transcript requests will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are sent via United States Postal Service First-Class mail. Please contact the college if expedited shipping is desired.
