Announcing an
Oak Brook College of Law and Government Policy
Leadership Forum and Workshop on
CONFLICT RESOLUTION: THE PEACEMAKER APPROACH
April 18-20, 2007
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
“Training Advocates of Truth, Counselors of Reconciliation, and Ministers of Justice”
Because each of us is created uniquely with different talents, desires, and perspectives — differences of opinions and conflicts are inevitable. When differences lead to conflicts in your family, your church, or your work, how do you respond? Do you tend to ignore or deny the conflict, or do you react in frustration or anger? What is the Biblical approach to resolving conflict and how does God want to conform us to His image through conflict?
These are questions that will be answered at the next Leadership Forum on Christian Conciliation. This forum and workshop will give you the opportunity to hear from, and be trained by, experienced Christian conciliators. Learn how you can be a Christian conciliator and fulfill the mandate to be a minister of reconciliation.
Whether you are a law student, legal assistant, lawyer, pastor, elder, or parent, you will benefit from principles and truths shared at this conference. You will learn the “Seven A’s of Confession” and the “Four Promises of Forgiveness” necessary for true reconciliation.
Speakers Include:
