Oak Brook College of Law and Government Policy affirms that all individuals are created equal in the sight of God and therefore are to be afforded equal opportunities, subject to qualifications and standards of moral conduct. The College administers its admissions and educational policies in accordance with all laws of the State of California and the United States that prohibit unlawful discrimination, reserving its rights as a private religious institution.

Oak Brook College accepts qualified students who agree to receive a legal education consistent with the College’s Statement of Faith and Doctrine, its Mission Statement, and its Perspective and Convictions. Students also agree to abide by the College’s Code of Conduct and Moral Character. The faculty and staff are expected to abide by a similar Code of Conduct and the Statement of Faith.
