Fear, Peter L.

fearProfessor Peter L. Fear received his juris doctor degree from Oak Brook College of Law and Government Policy in 1999. While in law school, Professor Fear worked for the Finance & Taxation Committee of the Florida House of Representatives, as well as the litigation departmentof the Home School Legal Defense Association in Purcellville, Virginia. He has been engaged in private practice since his admission to the California Bar in 2000. In 2004, Professor Fear opened his own law practice in Fresno. Professor Fear also serves as Director of Administration for Oak Brook College of Law.

Professor Fear and his wife Debra have five children and reside in the Fresno, California, area.
