William J. Malone, Jr., Professor

A graduate of University of Texas at Austin (B.A. 1975), Professor William J. Malone earned his juris doctor from St. Mary's School of Law in 1980, where he served as an associate editor of St. Mary's Law Journal. Since 1985, he has been engaged in a private practice consisting primarily of trial matters in commercial, construction, patent, employment, consumer, insurance, and personal injury disputes. He has been board certified in civil trial and personal injury law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Professor Malone and his wife, Sarah, have eight children and live in Austin, Texas, where he is engaged in private practice.
