William H. Humble, III - Class of 2002 During law school, Will served as an intern in the Matagorda County District Attorneys office in Bay City, Texas, before moving to Virginia where he worked for the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA). At HSLDA, Will was the legal assistant for litigator David Gordon, and then James Mason. He gained experience with court pleadings and procedures, at many levels, state and federal, trial and appellate. Will took the California bar exam in February of 2002, and then moved to Costa Rica where he spent the spring studying at the Spanish Language Institute. In June, after the bar exam results were released, Will returned to the U.S. and in August he began working in Texas as an immigration attorney. Will represents aliens in proceedings before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Justice Will lives in New York City with his wife Christian. They serve on the launch team of Manhattan Christian Church, a church that began in the summer of 2005. Current as of October 17, 2005 |
