Wendy Herdlein - Class of 2000 Before attending Oak Brook College, Wendy worked in a clerical position for the law offices of Briegel Baylard, P.C. During law school she worked in a variety of positions, initially working as a legal assistant to the general counsel of the Institute in Basic Life Principles. Wendy also engaged in freelance legal research for Alliance Defense Fund attorneys, and for attorneys at the Marriage Law Project, the organization with which she is now employed. After passing the February 2000 California bar exam, Wendy took a staff attorney position in August 2000 with the Marriage Law Project located in Washington, D.C. The Marriage Law Project focuses on protecting marriage as a male-female union. Wendy's work includes writing scholarly legal articles, advising state and national family policy groups, and participating in litigation through advice to counsel, coordinating amicus briefs, and participating as amicus. Wendy resides in Arlington, Virginia. Current as of October 29, 2002 |
